Baltic Lead Database (balticleaddatabase.com) is a Clevenio product, operated and sold by Clevenio. These terms cover your use of this website. The product itself — subscriptions, billing, data licensing, service levels and support — is governed by the Clevenio terms and conditions, which take precedence wherever the two differ.
Subscription & billing
Plans are priced, sold and billed by Clevenio, not on this site. Current plans are listed at clevenio.com/pricing, and the billing, renewal, cancellation and service-level terms that apply are the ones published in the Clevenio terms and conditions.
Acceptable use
You may not use Baltic Lead Database data to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email outside the limits of applicable B2B email law
- Resell the raw data to third parties
- Train AI models on the data without prior written agreement
- Conduct automated harvesting beyond the rate limits of your plan
Data rights
The company and contact data here comes from Clevenio. How it is sourced, the legal basis for it, and how to have a record suppressed across the dataset are set out in the Clevenio privacy policy. Removal requests are handled by Clevenio directly, using the contact details on that page.
Liability
This website is provided as-is. Liability for the product is limited as set out in the Clevenio terms and conditions. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue from outbound campaigns.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are resolved in the Helsinki District Court unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the Clevenio terms govern the product regardless.
